Clark Harvey, age 84 of Lewis Chapel, passed away Saturday night February 7, 2015 at the Soddy-Daisy Health Care Center. He retired from US Steel after 30 years. He was a veteran of the Korean War where he served in the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his son, Ricky Lee Harvey; parents Richard and Julie Harvey.
He is survived by his daughter, Julia Sannes, Soddy-Daisy; two sons, James Edwin Harvey, Portage, IN and Harold Amos Harvey, Chesterton, IN; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; four sisters, Lorece, Arlene, Betty Jo and Lorene; brother, Bobby Harvey, all of Dunlap.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday 1:00 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jeff Cox officiating. Burial will be in Richard Harvey Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. The family will receive friends Monday 4:00-8:00 p.m. CST.
