Wilma Jeanetta Guy, age 73 of Pikeville, died Tuesday, November 4 at Cumberland Medical Center. She was a member of the Brockdell Church of God for 53 years and retired from the Bledsoe County School System. She was preceded in death by parents Earnest and Ethel Hitchcox.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, H. C. Guy; son, Wendell Guy, and daughter Marva (Donnie) Lawson all of Pikeville; four grandchildren Laura (Richard) Keedy, Jessica (Eric) Angel, Nakisha (Chad) Martin, Seth Guy; two great grandchildren Faith and Hunter Keedy; two brothers Nolan (Emma) Hitchcox, Eads, TN and Jim(Ava) Hitchcock, Enterprise, Ala; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Saturday at 1:00 pm CST in the Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donnie Cox, Rev. Freddie Savage, and Rev. Elmer Blaylock officiating. Burial will follow in Cagle Cemetery.
