Hoyt L. Shirley, age 80 of Whitwell, TN passed away Saturday night December 13, 2014. He was a member of Whitwell Lodge #563 F&A.M.
He is survived by his wife Sarah Shirley; son Danny Shirley, Carterville, GA; three grandchildren Christopher, Nicholas and Mitchell Shirley; brother Harold Shirley, Whitwell; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Monday 2:30 p.m. CST in the Red Hill Cemetery with Rev. Ronnie Cookston officiating. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Reed Funeral Home, 11675 Highway 28, Whitwell. The family will receive friends from 12-2 Monday at the funeral home.
