Ersie Davis, age 86, of Pikeville died Sunday, October 19, 2008. She was of the Church of God faith and owner of Ersie's Crafts and Fabrics in the Morgan Springs Community. Preceding her in death were her husband L. V. Davis and son Gary E. Davis.
Survivors include include daughter Judy (Warner) Wooden, Pikeville; sons Charlie (Margaret) Davis, Pikeville; Paul (Denise) Davis, Cleveland; seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; step brother, H. C. Guy, Pikeville; special friend Garo Demerjian. Services will be Tuesday, October 21 at 1:00 pm CDT with Rev H. B. Keener and Brother Albert Roberts officiating. Burial will be in the Keener Hill Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be Sunday, October 19, 6:30-9:00 pm CDT and Monday October 20, 9:00am-9:00 pm CDT.
