James Loyd Songer, age 68 of Pikeville, died Monday, November 3, 2014.
He is preceded in death by his father, JM Songer.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Beulah Songer; children, Jennifer (Paul) Howard, Dunlap; Robby Songer, Pikeville; 9 grandchildren, T.J. and Amanda Brown, Jillian and Jacob Brown, Daniel Howard, Austin Songer, Max Songer, Callie Ruth Songer, Joshua Nance; great-grandchildren Rex Mohler, Weston and Hanson Nance; mother, Maxine Songer; sister, Fay Songer; three brothers, Gary, Jerry, and Ricky Songer; special niece Denisea Mann; several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services will be Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 1:00pm CST in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Granny Ruth's Garden. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitaion will be Tuesday 1-9pm CST.
