John Emerson Watson, of Pikeville, died October 4, 2008. He was preceded in death by grandparents Malcom and Avo Moore; Flaura Watson; uncles Johnny and Bobby Moore; aunts Sally Diane May and Tobitha Thompson.
Survivors include daughter Siara, Georgia; mother Evelyn (Randell Pain) Bruce, McMinnville; father John (Vicky) Watson, Pikeville; grandfather Tommy E. Watson, Pikeville; sister Jennifer (Pam Roberts) Watson, McMinnville; step sister Jennifer Johnson, Pikeville; aunts Dela Sue (Ken) Pedro Watson, Spain; Janie (Eddie) Narramore, McMinnville; uncles Riley (Alice) Watson, McMinnville; Ed (Janet) Watson, McMinnville; Andy (Nancy) Watson, Pikeville; Keithe (Becky) Watson, Pikeville; several cousins.
He will lie in state at Mooneyham Freewill Baptist Church Monday, October 6 after 5:00 pm CDT. Services will be Tuesday, October 7, at 10:00 am CDT with the Rev Wayne Sullivan officiating.
