Wanda Sue Dempsey Elleman, age 64, of Whitwell, TN., died Wednesday, July 23, 2014. She was a member of Whitwell Seventh-Day Adventist Church. She was preceded in in death by husband, Danny Elleman, father, Elbert Dempsey, grandson Jonathan Carter.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Frances Carter, Whitwell and Elizabeth King, South Pittsburg; 5 sons, Robert, Johnny and Leslie Carter of Whitwell, Clyde Carter, Jasper and Carlos Carter, Chattanooga, Tn.; six sisters, Elberta Moore, Margaret Pickett, Nancy Dempsey, Rebecca Dempsey of Whitwell; Elizabeth Caldwell, Valdosta, Ga.,Paula Starnes, Carthage, TN; tw0 brothers, Don Dempsey, Whitwell and Russell Dempsey, Tx., several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday 2 PM in the chapel with Rev. Rob Snyder and Rev. Michael Shrum officiating. Burial will be in Whitwell Memorial Cemetery.
