William Thomas Brock, age 67 of Dayton, died Saturday, June 21, 2014 at Erlanger Medical Center after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Mr. Brock was the son of William Ira Brock and Louiza Barber Brock. He was of the Church of God faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Mary F. Prater, Louise Sullivan-Daniels, Willette B. Prater, Margaret Sue Brock and S. Elizabeth Long.
Survivors include son, Ray Brock, Chatsworth, GA; daughter, Debora Brock, Dunlap, TN; Grandchildren Justin Martin, Lucas Brock, Amber Stansell, Hannah Raines, Jade Brock; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Charles Brock, Dayton, TN; sister, Nina Gothard, Dayton; 19 nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Monday at 4:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel. The burial will be in Henson Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be Monday 9:00 a.m. - 3:45p.m. CDT.
