William Lester Haston, age 84 of the Mooneyham Community, went to be with the Lord July 30, 2008. He was a deacon of the Mooneyham Freewill Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by parents Mary and William Lester Hason, Sr., step father Billy Mooneyham; two brothers Douglas Haston and Arlin Mooneyham.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Anna; daughters Margie Roberts-Johnson and family Cody, Dustin ( Tiffany), Leshane (Chazlynn), and Miranda; Barbara Davis Moody (William) and family Sonny, Donnette, Eric (Kristy), Benji (Crissy); Margaret Moore-Frazier (Vernon) and family Adam, Heath, Preston; Kathy Jones (Steve) and family Kristna (Steven), Logan; son, Wayne Haston (Kay) and family Casey (Den), Zack (Tasha), and Sage; 12 great grandchildren, Seth, Cassidy, Madison, Brooklyn, Garrett, Ethan, Emma, Samuel, Courtney, Corinne, Colton, and Morgan; sisters, Pauline VanWinkle, Lorene Blankenship and Nida Dodson.
Family will receive friends at the Mooneyham Freewill Baptist Church where funeral services will be held Saturday at 3:00 pm CDT with Brother Wayne Sullivan and Brother Hubert Davis officiating.
