Quay Swanger, age 74, of Dunlap, TN, died Tuesday, April 15, 2014. He was preceded in death by parents, Elmer and Cleo Swanger; brothers, Joe, Haskel and James Swanger.
He is survived by three sisters, Lorraine Price, Betty (Pappy) Hobbs, and Peggy (Sonny) Smith; three brothers, Wade Swanger, of Ten Mile, Freddy and Steve Swanger, both of Dunlap; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Thursday 2:00 p.m. CDT at Chapel Hill Cemetery with Bro. Brandon Gates and Bro. Jeremy Byrd officiating. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Family will receive friends Thursday 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. CDT.
