Lyndon, " L. R." Barnett, age 76 of Pikeville, Tn, died July 17, 2008. He was a retired U. S. Army First Sergeant and worked for the Army Corp of Engineer. He was preceded in death by his son Roger Dale Barnett and sister, Wanda Sue Tallent.
Survivors include wife Annie Sue Barnett, daughter, Susan Barnett, Shelbyville; two sons, Robert Barnett, Pikeville and James Barnett Orange, Va.; four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two nephews.
Services will be Saturday, July 19,2008 at 10:00 am CDT in the chapel with Rev. Steve Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Dunn Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, July 18, 2008, 2-9 pm CDT.
