Johnny F. Hale, age 71 of Pikeville, died Wednesday, April 2, 2014.
Johnny retired from Taft Youth Center where he served as a lieutenant.
Johnny was preceded in death by brothers Walter, Horton, and Hoover Hale; sisters Lola Mae Hale and Mable Hale.
Survivors include sister Mary Elizabeth Yates, Spencer; brothers Clifford Hale and Robert Lee (Patsy) Hale, Manchester; nieces Linda, Annette, Debbie, and Sharon; nephews Robert, Jerry, Arlin, and Clifford.
Service will be Saturday at 2:00 pm CDT in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Jim Whitaker officiating. Burial will be in Hale Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitation Friday 5-7 and Saturday 12-2.
