Ruth Elizabeth Cunningham Angel, age 93 of McMinnville, died Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at her home after a brief illness. She was born July 29, 1920 to the late John and Bell Cunningham of Bledsoe County.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Lee Angel of seventy-one years.
Survivors include daughters Elizabeth (Elijah) Poore, McMinnville; Dorothy Ann Sanders, Connecticut; Rachel (Paul) McCormick, Dibrell; son Johnny Lee (Laura) Angel, Sr., Munford; eleven grandchildren; thirty-five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
The family will receive family and friends Thursday, March 20, 10am-7pm CDT, Friday, 9am-7pm CDT and Saturday morning until service time, 10:00 am, at the funeral home.
