Carolyn Blaylock, age 66, of Dunlap, TN passed away Saturday, March 8, 2014 at her sister Evelyn Childress home along with all her family. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Blaylock; father, Jimmy Frazier; mother, Mamie Frazier; grandson, Andrew Blaylock; brothers, Loyd and Gerald Frazier.
She is survived by one daughter, Karen Clark, Dunlap; three sons, Donald (Phyllis) Blaylock, Pikeville, Eric (Dolly) Blaylock, Whitwell, and Joe (Tosh) Blaylock, Kentucky; six grandchildren, Ashley, Brett, Bailey, Maddie, Jacob and Ryan; four sisters, Betty, Peggy, Evelyn and Ann.
Funeral services will be held Monday 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Lanny Tate officiating. Burial will be in Collier Cemetery.
