Dannie L.Elleman, age 66, fo Whitwell, TN passed away Monday February 3, 2014 at the Life Care Center of Red Bank.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Elleman; brother, Stanley Elleman; grandson Jonathan Carter.
He is survived by his wife Wanda Sue Elleman; two daughters Frances Hartman, Whitwell and Elizabeth King, South Pittsburg; five sons, Clyde Carter, Jasper, Carlos Carter, Chattanooga, Robert, Leslie and Johnny Carter all of Whitwell; 21 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister Sheba Knabenshue, Jasper; brother Johnny Elleman, Whitwell; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday 1:00 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Whitwell Memorial Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Reed Funeral Home, Whitwell, TN. Family will receive friends Wednesday 4:00-9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family request contributions be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
