Dorothy D. " Aunt Dot" Cookston, age 86, of Suck Creek, TN, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2014. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Carl Gene Cookston.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen Godsey, East Ridge, TN; two sons, Anthony (Lisa) Cookston, Suck Creek, TN, and Mark (Tammy) Cookston, Soddy-Daisy, TN; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday 1:00 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Ronnie Cookston officiating. Burial will be in Lusk Cemetery.
