Lucy Ruby Davis, age 84 of Pikeville, died Sunday, January 26, 2014. She was a member of West End Church of God.
Lucy was preceded in death by husband Carlos Davis, Sr.; daughter Mary Ruth Davis; granddaughter Mildred Davis Sapp; sisters and brothers.
Survivors include daughter Loretta (Robert) Ellis; seven sons Carlos Davis, Jr.; Winfred (Pat) Davis; R. J. Davis; Casto (Kim Matthews) Davis; Charlie (Audrey) Davis; Earl (Melissa Amburgey) Davis; Curtis (Donna) Davis; all of Pikeville; thirty grandchildren; thirty-nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Service will be Thursday at 1:00 pm CST at the West End Church of God with Bro. Danny Lee officiating.Burial will be in Watson Chapel Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitation Tuesday 3-9 pm CST, Wednesday 9-9 at the funeral home.
