Carolyn Roberts, born July 28, 1936, died Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Erlanger-Bledsoe at the age of 77. She was a christian, a member of First Southern Baptist Church. She was one of those beautiful people you only meet once in a lifetime.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Ora Mae and Joseph Curtis, Sr.; sister Sylvia StClair.
Survivors include husband of sixty years, Albert Roberts; two daughters Vicki (Marvin) Smith; Paula (Carl) Peters; son Eddie Albert Roberts, all of Pikeville; eight grandchildren; three great-grandsons; sister Joan Smith, Crossville; two brothers Eddie Clyde (Marie) Curtis and Joe (Carolyn) Curtis, Pikeville; several nieces and nephews.
Service will be Saturday at 11:00 am CST in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Bill Roberts, Bro. Roy Davis, and Bro. Jim Whitaker officiating. Burial will follow in Collier Cemetery.
