Betty Marion Hale, age 86 of Pikeville, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, October 27, 2013. Betty was born in Maidstone, Kent County, England, March 12, 1927. She married her loving husband Johnny Harold Hale in Chattanooga in 1948 and was the loving mother of six children.
Survivors include husband Johnny Harold Hale, Pikeville; four daughters Ellen (Leroy) Pendergrass, Pikeville; Rhonda Smith, Park Forest, IL; Jane (Bill) Medlin and Carol (Thomas) White, Crossville; two sons Mark Hale, Washington, PA.; Chris (Dayne) Hale, Crossville; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service willl be Tuesday at 2:00pm CDT at Seals Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN.
