Eva C. Roberson age 93 of Pikeville, TN died Tuesday 22, 2013 at Life Care Center of Rhea County. She was born April 13, 1920 to the parents of Sam and Josie Swafford. Mrs. Roberson was a member of Rockfort Church of Christ and was a laundress for over 45 years.
Her husband Archie Roberson; son Charles Roberson; sister Margaret Chavis; brother Coker Swafford and son-in-law Charles Robinson preceded her in death.
Survivors include daughters Leta Mae Robinson, Dayton, TN, Sarah (Dave) Jennings, Layton, Utah; grand children Frankie Robinson, Lebron (Kristin) Robinson, Eva Denise Jennings; and Dave Jennings, II two special grandchildren Tyler Barnes and Vanessa Perisho; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Mabel Thompson, Franklin, NC and Lena Rose Earvin, Hollywood, AL; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends . A special thank you to the staff of Life Care Center and Dr. Tom Bovine
Service will be Sunday at 3:00 pm CDT in the funeral home chapel with Minister Steve Brown officiating. Burial will be in Pikeville Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
