Judy C. Layman, age 59, of Cartwright, TN died Monday night April 28, 2008 at Grandview Medical Center. She was of the Church of God Faith and was preceded in death by her father, John Arley Layman.
She is survived by her mother, Opal Layman; five sisters, Arlene (Bill) Gamble, Delores (Mike) Morgan both of Cartwright, Barbara Grayson, Powells Cross Road, Shirley Prestel, Whitwell and Faye (Robbie) Brady, Dunlap; two brothers, Jim Layman, Cartwright and Jerry (Bev) Layman, Trenton, GA; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be Thursday at 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Rev. James Dunn officiating. Burial will be in Cookston Cemetery. Condolences can be made on line at reedfamilyfh.com.
Arrangements are by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Family will receive friends Tuesday 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 8:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. CDT. and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
