Alberta Zimmerman, age 69, of Dunlap, TN died Wednesday night April 23, 2008 at NHC Dunlap. She attended Grace Bible Baptist Church. Alberta was a blessing to many people. She loved her family and friends dearly. The Lord was ready to call her home and we will see her again one day.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bill Zimmerman; parents Vaughn and Ocie Nicely; brothers Jimmy and Luther Nicely.
She is survived by her sons Billy (April) Zimmerman; grandson Zachary Zimmerman; step-grandson Alex stewart; sisters Jean, Betty and Mary Jane Nicely, Girlene Baily; brothers Glenn and G.L. Nicely all of Luttrel, TN; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Saturday 12:00 p.m. CDT in the Sequatchie County memorial Gardens with Rev. Marty Tate officiating. Arrangements are by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Condolences can be made a reedfamilyfh.com.
The family will receive friends from 4-9 p.m. CDT Friday.
