Obituary of Jimmy Tarver

Jimmy Tarver, age 41 of Pikeville, died Thursday, June 20, 2013, at his home. He was a United States Air Force Veteran where he was stationed at McGhee Tyson air base in Knoxville. He was on active duty with the Army National Guard in Crossville and worked with the TN Counter Drug Task Force. He was preceded in death by his father, David Keith Tarver, Sr and grandfather Jetter Messer. He is survived by his wife Beverly Tarver; son Zack Tarver, both of Pikeville; mother, Elizabeth McCulloch, Knoxville; grandmother Alice Messer, Knoxville; brother, David Tarver, Maryville; four nephews, Jordan, Jared and Jacob Tarver and Sebastin Rothwell. Service Monday at 1:00 p.m. CDT in the chapel with Bobby Collier officiating. Burial in Dunn Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
