Hazel Johnson, age 94, formerly of Pikeville, died Thursday, June 13, 2013. She was a long-time florist in Ohio and Tennessee.
Hazel was preceded in death by husband Raymond Johnson; several brothers and sisters. Survivors include several nieces and nephews in both Tennessee and Ohio.
