D. Wayne Riden, age 81, of Signal Mtn, TN, died Wednesday morning, February 27, 2013 at Standifer Place Healthcare. He was a member of Signal Mtn Church of Christ, was retired from TVA, loved woodworking, photography and painting. He also served in the United States Air Force and was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by parents, Sam and Martha Riden; two sisters, Luzell Walker and Marie Wall; three brothers, Amos, Warren, and Carey Riden.
He is survived by his wife, Eleanor P. Riden; two sons, Jeffrey W. Riden, Signal Mtn., and Kendall (Tammy) Riden, Charleston, TN; grandchildren, Ashley Riden, Haley (Mark) Heier, Brayden Riden; one great-grandson, Boston Heier; three sisters Maggie Penney Joliet, IL, Virginia Vandiver, Ft Oglethorpe, GA, and Sara Riden, AL; three brothers, Ivan (Peggy) Riden, Harrison, Harold Riden, MS, and William Riden, Hixson; several nieces and nephews.
