Lois Jean Hammers, age 84 of South Pittsburg, TN died Wednesday, morning, January 9, 2013 at the Bridge Health Care Facility. She was a member of the Grace Baptist Church.
She is survived by three daughters, Lois Whitt, Signal Mountain, Phyllis Roberts, Sumter, SC and Brenda Kilgore, South Pittsburg; son Johnny R. Green, South Pittsburg; eight grandchildren; eight grandchildren; Several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday 1:00 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Ronnie Case officiating. Burial will be in the Hall Cementery, Signal Mountain, TN. Arrangements are by Reed Funeral Home 11675 Hwy 28, Whitwell, TN. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. The family will receive friends from 4:00 - 9:00 p.m. CST Thursday.
