Ivan M. Smith, age 41 of Pikeville, died Saturday, January 5, 2013.
Ivan was preceded in death by grandparents Rathmel & Ruby Reece.
Survivors include wife Sheri Smith; two sons Gage and Chase Smith; parents Melvin and Charlotte Smith and Nyla Hodge; grandparents Beecher and Eunice Smith and Alice D. Hale; three sisters Christy (Bobby) Hearne; Monica (Ronald) Blankenship; Amanda Smith; three nieces Clarissa Burgess, Grace Blankenship, and Tosh (Michael) Kean; nephew Jesse Blankenship; one great-nephew Eden Kean; host of friends.
Service will be Wednesday at 2:00 pm CST in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Beecher & Eunice Smith Family Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitation Tuesday 10am-9pm CST.
