Jimmy Cox, age 62, of Dunlap, TN, died Sunday evening, December 30, 2012 at his home. He was a Veteran, and beloved father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by parents, Clint and Geneva Cox; brother, Billy Cox.
He is survived by wife, Susie Cox, Pikeville; three daughters, Cresta (Jonathan) Ewton, Dunlap, Chandra (Brian) Roberson, Hixson, and Margo "Nikki" Cox, Pikeville; four grandchildren, Tyler, Travis, Kaitlyn and Madalynn; one niece.
Funeral services will be held Friday 1:00 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the Collier Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Family will receive friends Thursday 4:00-9:00 p.m. CST. Military Honors will be provided by Sequatchie Valley Honor Guard.
