Judy Kay Ladd Johnson, age 54 of Cohutta, GA., died Friday, December 7, 2012.
Judy was preceded in death by father Claude L. Ladd; grandparents Dawson and Liza Mae Ladd, and Authburn and Maude Haston; aunts and uncles J. L. Ladd, Myrtle Walker, Edna Carpenter, Eva Jean Frazier, Beulah Davis, Betty Nichols, Grady Haston, Fonza Marsh; niece Allison Jakoby.
Survivors include daughter Kayla Shae Johnson, Dalton GA.; mother Phyllis (Earl)Humphreys; sisters Glenda (Gary) Frazier, Dalton; Teresa (Jay) Jakoby, Cohutta; Michelle (Johnny) Moore, Dalton; nieces and nephews Jessica Cole, Derrick and Kendall Jackson, Tiffany and Jerrica Jakoby, Mikey, Allona, Cilicia and Sirah Moore; great nephew Charlie Cole; aunts and uncles Larry Haston, Cwilla Watson, Inez Burgess, and Litton Ladd.
Service will be Monday at 12:00 noon CST in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Rick Spence officiating. Burial will be in Blackburn Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitation Sunday 3-8pm CST.
