Laverna "Johnny" Best, age 90, of Dunlap, TN formerly of Cordell, OK, died Friday morning October 26, 2012 at her home. She attended Ewtonville Baptist Church, was a Home Economist with Houston Natural Gas, and a school teacher.
She is survived by sister, Euteva Smoak; nephew and niece, Dan & Joanie Smoak all of Dunlap; several other nieces and nephews.
