Bobby Jack Johnson Sr., age 75 of Lusk Community in Bledsoe County, died Friday, October 19, 2012 at NHC of Sequatchie County after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
He was a member of the Bethel Church of Christ. Bobby was preceded in death by his wife Helen Virginia Johnson; parents Jack and Cleo Johnson.
Survivors include son Bobby Jack Johnson, Jr., Pikeville; daughters Rhonda Johnson (Susan Fuchs), Harrison; Annette (Tommy) Holland, Pikeville; Denise (Don) Wade,Pikeville; seven grandchildren Shea, Trey, and Jacob Johnson; Wendy (Steven) Turner; Kelli (Jerod) Billingsley; Katie and Rebecca Holland; four great-grandchildren Tommy and Brady Turner; Pamela Holland, and Katelynn Billingsley; very special aunt Martha (Billy) Angel; special sisters-in-law Merle (Freddy) Roberson, Jeanette Oaks and Sue Smith.
Service will be Sunday at 2:00 pm CDT in the funeral home chapel with Minister T. A. Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Collier Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Bethel Church of Christ, P O Box 84, Dunlap, TN. 37327. Visitation Saturday noon until 9:00 pm CDT.
