Harold "Buck" Davis, age 81of Harrison, TN died Sunday morning November 25, 2007 at his home. He served in the United States Army during World War II. He was preceded in death by his sister Loretta Swafford; brother James Davis.
He is survived by his wife Joanne Mabry Davis; son Gary Davis Sr.; three grandsons Jeremy, Joshua and Gary Jr. Davis all of Harrison; three nieces Jeanie Barton, Houston, TX, Becky Baumunk and Linda Coley both of Chattanooga; nephew Timmy Davis, CT; special niece Barbara Graves, Hernando, FL; special nephews Wayne Gann, Trenton, GA and Ben Gann, Soddy-Daisy.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. CST Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Charles Underwood officiating. Burial will be in the Chapel Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Condolences can be made at reedfamilyfh.com. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 4:00-8:00 p.m CST.
