Obituary of Dwight Ray Morrison

Dwight Ray Morrison age 62 of Powells Crossroads went to be with the Lord November 18, 2007.
He was a member of Sulphur Springs United Methodist Church, was a retired employee of Mueller Co. after 35 years and coached youth baseball in the Powells Crossroads area for over 20 years.
Survivors include wife Jennea Damron Morrison; sons Stacy (Kim) Morrison, Whitwell, TN and Owen (Jennifer) Morrison, Kimball, TN.; grandsons Noah, Lane and Jess; one sister, Stella Morrison, Whitwell and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at Sulphur Springs United Methodist Church with Rev. Cecil Baxter officiating. The burial will be in Davis Cemetery.
The family requests all of his former baseball players serve as honorary pallbearers. Memorial contributions can be made to Sulphur Springs United Methodist Church, 229 Sulphur Springs Rd., Whitwell, TN 37397, or the American Lung Association.
