Eugene Layne age 58, of Whitwell, TN expired Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at a local hospital.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Gracie Layne; maternal grandmother, Anniebelle Cox, Jasper, TN.
He is survived by sister, Gail (Greg) Layne Morrison; three nieces Alycia Johnson, Shannon Rollins, Whitwell, TN., Shawna Brown, Jasper, TN, and one nephew, William Samual Graham, Powells Crossroads, TN; great-nieces and great nephews, Cody, Whitney, Caitlin, Zachary, Peyton and Chloy.
Service will be held Sunday 2:00 p.m. CDT in the chapel of Reed Funeral Home, Whitwell, Tn., with Rev. Jim Troyer officiating. Burial will be in Lusk Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. The arrangements are by Reed Funeral Home, Whitwell, TN.
