Carolyn Burton, age 79 of Pikeville, died Thursday, September 6, 2012. She was a member of Lee Station Baptist Church.
Carolyn was preceded in death by parents P. S. & Mayme Hixson; sisters Ann Beavert and Louise Hixson; brother Eugene Hixson.
Survivors include husband of fifty-seven years Walter Burton, Pikeville; daughter Joyce (Bill) Wolfe; son David Burton; granddaughter Rebecca Wolfe, all of Pikeville; several nieces and nephews.
Service will be Saturday at 1:00 pm CDT in the funeral home chape with Rev. Bill Wolfe officiating. Burial will follow in Wesley's Chapel. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
