Charles William "Chuck" "Buddy" Stephens, age 65, of Dunlap, TN, died Sunday, July 15, 2012. He was a Christian of the Baptist Faith. He was an Eagle Scout and a member of the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 203, former manager and maintenance at Holiday Out RV Park at Lake Tansi and Senior Elder of Tennessee Métis Aboriginal Tribe. He was preceded in death by father, Floyd and step-mother, Jean Stephens; mother, Jobyna and step-father John Marshall.
He is survived by wife, June Hamblen Stephens; sons, Charles (Dani) William Stephens Jr. and Gary (Cassie) Hamblen; daughters, Reda (Mark) Yarbrough and Cheryl (Michael) Harmon; granddaughter, Geri Stephens; grandsons, Colby Stephens, Cody Harmon, Kyle Harmon, Ashley Walker, Haley Yarbrough, Skyle Hamblen, Jaycee Hamblen; great-grandson, River Walker; brothers, Johnny (Charlotte) Marshall and Jim (Jennie) Stephens; special cousin, Charlynn Peoples; several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday 11:00 a.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Gary Linebaugh officiating. Burial will be in the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Military Honors provided by Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 203. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
