Charlotte Ovalee Creason, age 90, of Pikeville, died Thursday, August 17, 2023.
She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. She was a factory worker and loved making quilts and crafts and going to flea markets.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hermon Cox and Martha Jane Hale Cox; husband, Estlee Lee Creason; children, Ellen Bennett, Anita Gifford, Delmar Creason and Timmy Creason; and sister, Judith Riggs.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Adam (Jennifer) Gifford, David (Angie) Gifford, Michael Walker, Sonyia Nelson, Tina Knowles, Bradley (Alissa) Creason, Logan Creason and Timmy Creason, Jr.; several great-grandchildren; sisters, Jeanette (Paul) Davis of Dayton, TN and Rita (Robert) Farley of Pikeville, TN.
Services will be held Sunday, August 20, 2023, at 2:00 pm CDT in the chapel. Burial will be at Pikeville Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street. Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. CDT and Sunday, August 20, 2023 from 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. CDT.
