Obituary of Leonard Brince Cagle

Rev. Leonard Cagle, age 88 of Pikeville, died Saturday, May 26, 2012, at a local hospital. He pastored area Baptist churches for forty years and is a member of First Southern Baptist Church in Pikeville. Leonard was a school bus maintenance supervisor for Bledsoe County for twenty-two years.
Preceding him in death were his parents Sallie and Emmitt Cagle and ten siblings.
Survivors include his wife of sixty-nine years Frances Stillwill Cagle; children Brince Cagle, Phillip (Shelia) Cagle, both of Pikeville; Vivian (Bill) Buford, Tazewell; and Edward (Loretta) Cagle, Crossville; ten grandchildren and their spouses; sixteen great-grandchildren; special family friend Jimmy Newby.
Service will be Tuesday, May 29, at 2:00 pm CDT in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jim Whitaker and Rev. Darryl Evans officiating. Burial will follow in Humble Cemetery.
