Dorothy Kay Blaylock McGuire, age 77, of Pikeville, TN, died Monday, July 17, 2023.
She attended Keener Hill Church of God. She loved to sew and do crafts at the Bledsoe Co. Nursing Home. She loved people and never met a stranger. She was a friend to all.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James McGuire; parents, John Henry and Una Mae Blaylock; and nephews, Chris Blaylock and Duane Smith.
She is survived by her brother, Elmer (Thelma) Blaylock of Pikeville; sister, Linda Smith of Pikeville; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 20, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Elmer Blaylock officiating. Burial will be in Hitchcox Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 19, 2023 from 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. CDT and Thursday, July 20, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm CDT.
