Opal Seals Minton, age 91, of Dunlap, TN died Friday September 28, 2007 in Grandview Medical Center. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Congregational Methodist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Minton; son, J.L. Minton; daughter, Lois Minton.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Mary Anne Land; great-grandson, Jesse Land, Chattanooga; sister, Annette Wagner, Dunlap; brother, Estel Seals, Sparta; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Cagle-MtPleasant Cemetery.
