Kenneth R. Johnson age 71 of Pikeville, TN died Wednesday September 26, 2007 at his home. After thirty six years of service he retired from the Lee County Mosquito Center in FT. Myers, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Emma Johnson; one brother, Walter (Beverly) Johnson; three sisters, Carol (John) Kayfish; Violet (Robert) Bagnell and Norine (Bert) Engelman and a nephew, Darryl Barnes.
He is survived by his wife, Christina Johnson of Pikeville; two sons, Dean Johnson of Ortona, FL and Kenneth (Paula) Johnson, Jr. of Ft. Myers, FL; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. CDT at the Frostbite House of Prayer with Rev. Paul Daniel officiating. Visitation will begin Saturday at 6:00 p.m. CDT at the funeral home. Burial will be in Winnie Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of Chattanooga. Condolences can be sent to www.reedfamilyfh.com.
