Obituary of Pamela Anne Ragan

Pamela Ragan, age 74, of Pikeville, TN, died peacefully on Friday, October 28, 2022 at Bledsoe County Nursing Home. Pam was born September 29, 1948, on Emory Road in Karns. She graduated from Karns High School. Pam raised two children and worked in medical offices. She was always very proud of raising two children alone. Pam was a talented artist and seamstress. She also loved to travel. She was known as a great cook. Pam had a quick wit and a beautiful smile. Pam will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She will be deeply missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Clara Russell; and brother, David Russell. She is survived by her daughter, Dianne; son, Patrick; grandchildren, Allen, Cody, Athena, Anneylise, Sophia and Josephine; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. There will be a memorial service on Sunday, November 13, 2022 from 12:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. at Karns Community Center, Oak Ridge Highway, Karns, TN.
