Josie D. Golston, 85, of Chattanooga passed away Saturday, September 15, 2007.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Golston; mother Hannah Gifford; father Luther Dodd; sister Ella Mae Frye; brothers Junior and John Henry Perry; and daughter-in-law Sammie Golston.
She is survived by her children Donald (Pat) Nunley and Ronald Nunley of Palmer, Tennessee; Gail (Wayne) Powell of Whitwell, Tennessee; Tom (Cathy) Golston of Buckeye, Arizona; Scotty (Robin) Golston of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee; and Rodney (Audrey) Golston of Red Bank, Tennessee; grandchildren Tim Powell, Kim Layne, Mike Powell, Sandy Lemons, Jenny McNeece, Jeremy Golston, Kristen Golston, Raynor Golston, Hannah Golston and several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and extended family.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. CDT at Sulphur Springs United Methodist Church with Rev. Harold Buck and Rev. Ron Namanny Officiating. The burial will be in Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday and Tuesday 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. CDT . Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
