Johnny "Pud" Johnson, age 71 of Pikeville, died Sunday, April 8, 2012. He was a member of Lee Station Baptist Church. Pud was preceded in death by parents Oliver and Medie Johnson; brother Billy Johnson.
Survivors include wife of forty-two years Carolyn Johnson; daughter Carol (Paul) Bell, Rock Springs, Ga.; sons Lewis (Debbie) Brown, Morrison; Tim Brown, Hixson; Roger Johnson, Pikeville; eight grandchildren plus Bailey Johnson who lived with him; four great-grandchildren; two sisters Vivaloyd Carlton, Jacqeuline (Doyle) Harvey; brothers Barker (Betty) Johnson, Stan (Willene) Johnson, James (Patricia) Johnson, all of Dunlap; several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Service will be Wednesday at 1:00 pm CDT with Bro. Bill Wolfe and Bro. Darrell Evans officiating. Burial will follow in Iron Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contribution can be sent to the family at 18 Sells Circle, Pikeville, TN. 37367. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
