Obituary of Nicky Green

Nicky Green, age 67, of Pikeville, TN, died October 6, 2021. He loved the outdoors, raising roosters, hunting and fishing. He worked as a tree trimmer for over 45 years. He loved his family. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Ann Green; brother, Robert (Poncho), Mike, John Jr. and Phillip. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Kathy Green; daughter, Jennifer Green Smith; granddaughters, Haley and Trinity Smith; great-grandchildren, Cayden and Bella, all of Pikeville; siblings, Dave (Tina) Green, Eddie Green, Jack Green and Ann (Mike) Tinker, all of Whitwell; special sister-in-law, Gail (Bobby) Henry, of Dunlap; several nieces and nephews; and so many friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m CDT, Friday, October 15, 2021 from 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. CDT and Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. CDT.
