Obituary of Randall Lee McDonald

  Randall "Randy" Lee McDonald, age 56, of Pikeville, TN, died Sunday, December 9, 2018, at Memorial Hospital.  He attended Ewtonville Baptist Church.

   He was preceded in death by his mother, Rushie Elizabeth Grimes; father, Marion McDonald; mother of his children, Claytie Carter; and sister, Mary Smith.

   He is survived by his daughters, Bethany (William) Newman of Pikeville and Kendra (Bradley) Smith of Pikeville; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Abbygail, Cassie and Logan Newman and Nathaniel Smith; sisters, Louise (David) Brown of Spring City and Dorothy (Joe) McDonald; brother, Carl McDonald; and several nieces and nephews.

  Funeral services will be held Friday, December 14, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel.  Burial will be in T.A. Swafford Cemetery.  Online condolences can be made at reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. CDT and Friday from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. CDT.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Putnam-Reed Funeral Home.
