James “Mike” Morgan, age 60, of the Cartwright Community in Dunlap, TN died Wednesday afternoon April 21, 2010 in the Memorial Health Care Center. He attended the Cartwright Church of God. He is preceded in death by his father A.J. Morgan.
He is survived by his wife Delores Morgan; one daughter Amanda (Jeremy) Meeks; two sons Chris (Devon) and Brandon Morgan all of Dunlap; six grandchildren, Leah, Lauren, Marissa and Arlin Morgan, Jayden Tate and Harley Meeks; Mother Virginia Morgan, Pikeville; two sisters Virginia K. (Dow) McGowan, Pikeville and Sue (Jim) Wells, Viola; brother Earl (Doris) Morgan, Pikeville; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday 11:00 a.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Pastor James Dunn officiating. Burial will be in the Condra Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
Arrangements by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Family will receive friends 9-9 p.m. CDT Friday.
