Ina Smith Hartman, age 93, of Dunlap, TN died Wednesday afternoon March 31, 2010 at NHC Health Care. She was a member of Welch Chapel United Methodist Church, enjoyed traveling and making music with her husband Edward Hartman.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Reece Smith and Edward Hartman; parents, Johnny and Florence Cunningham, brothers, Richard and Leonard Cunningham; sisters, Margie Hixson and Mable Hatfield.
She is survived by a daughter Mary Frances (Harland) Hixson; grandson, John (Vickie) Hixson, Atlanta, GA and Mark Hixson, Huntsville, AL; great-granddaughter, Amy Hixson; sisters, Hallie Pope and Johnnie Rogers, Dunlap; brother, Jack Cunningham, Oak Ridge; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be Friday at 2:00 p.m CDT at Welch Chapel United Methodist Church. The body will lie in state at the Church from 1:30-2:00 p.m. Burial will be in Welch Chapel Cemetery.
Arrangements by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00-9:00 p.m and Friday from 9:00-12:45.
