Milo Dennis Simmons, age 87 of Pikeville, died Thursday, March 11, 2010. Preceding him in death were his parents Willie and Gledys Simmons, brothers Veon and Otis Simmons, daughter Anna Paulette Simmons, great-grandson Duane Boynton.
Survivors include his wife of 67 years Beulah Simmons, Pikeville; daughter Wanda (Edward) Anderson, two sons Clyde Allen (Barbara) Simmons and Russell (Joyce) Simmons, all of Pikeville; eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren; sisters Darlene Lewis and Wilma (Tuney) Dunn, brother Clarence "Tex" (Carol) Simmons, Pikeville; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Saturday 1:00 pm CST in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Paul Cagle officiating. Burial Beach Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitation Friday 2-9.
