J. E. Harper,age 70 of Pikeville, died Thursday, February 4, 2010. He was the owner of Harper Fruit Stand. Preceding him in death was his wife Margie Ann Harper.
Survivors include daughter Carrie "Karen" (John) Randles, Houston, TX; grandchildren Carla Smith, Jessica (Bryan) Burleson, Melissa (Brian Howe) Randles, Jennifer (Randy) Tomzcak, Erica (Adam) Perez; great-grandchildren Natalie, Riley, Connor, Kellie, and Alex. Services will be Monday at 1:00 pm CST in the funeral home chapel with burial in Brayton Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitation Saturday 5-9 pm and Sunday 9am-9pm CST.
